AgentCX Labs Unveils No-Code AI Builder for Agencies and BPOs

by admin477351

AgentCX Labs has unveiled the Founding Beta of its new platform, Agent Builder Studio, which empowers agencies and business process outsourcers (BPOs) to create, brand, and deploy AI agents without the need for coding expertise. This prompt-based tool simplifies the process by allowing users to describe their desired AI agent in plain language, after which Agent Builder Studio generates a configuration proposal. This proposal includes elements such as the model, knowledge base, actions, and system prompt, with options for users to review and adjust the setup before deploying it to clients.

Operating as an orchestration layer, AgentCX Labs allows agencies and BPOs to leverage their existing AI infrastructure, providing flexibility in choosing AI providers. Users can integrate their own accounts with various AI model providers, voice and messaging platforms, databases, and knowledge-base services. The platform supports a range of integrations, including those with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Retell, Vapi, and ElevenLabs. Additionally, Agent Builder Studio offers white-label features such as custom domains, client subaccounts, branding controls, and agency-managed billing, enabling agencies to offer AI services under their own brand identities.

The first agent developed through Agent Builder Studio is a white-labeled Web Chat Agent, now accessible to AgentCX Labs customers. Agencies have the ability to customize this agent’s greeting, branding, and knowledge base before integrating it into a client’s website. The agent’s capabilities include lead capture, human handoff, and optional CRM integration through webhooks. Furthermore, the Founding Beta is expanding to accommodate other use cases, such as CRM agents, email support, document processing, research and enrichment agents, and Slack-based AI assistants.

AgentCX Labs emphasizes that Agent Builder Studio is specifically designed to aid agencies and BPOs in broadening their AI service offerings while retaining control over their existing infrastructure, client relationships, and branding. Access to Agent Builder Studio is currently restricted to an invite-only Founding Beta, with the company inviting applications from interested agencies and BPOs looking to participate in the program.
